He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Watkins and Julia Watkins (Reilly); and his siblings, Stanley Watkins, John Watkins, David Watkins and Julia Kriete.
He is survived by: his siblings, James M. Watkins and Margaret Hayes. He is also survived by his family, friends.
