It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maria Luisa Del Moral in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on February 25, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernardino Vasquez and Catalina Vila; her husband Gonzalo Del Moral; and her siblings, Francisco and Milagros.
She is survived by: her daughters, Katherine (Roger Hernandez) and Maria "Lisa" (Moises Rodriguez); her siblings, Carmen Lydia Vasquez Vila, Luz Maria Vasquez Vila and Jorge Vasquez Vila; her grandchildren, Yesenia Cholula, Deisy Haid, Vanessa Hairston, Jonathan Hernandez and Sophia Rodriguez; and her great grandchildren, Sara Haid, Maya Haid, Aida Haid and Ismari Hairston.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Seventh Day Adventist Church (1165 SE Walnut St, Hillsboro, OR 97123). A memorial service will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Valley Memorial Park (3929 SE Tualatin Valley Hwy, Hillsboro, OR 97123).
