He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernesto Leva and Vincenza Leva. He is survived by: his wife Joan B Leva; his children, Ernest Leva and Geralyn Zannetti (Gene); his grandsons, Louis (Kim), Joseph, Christopher, Gene (Gina), Jeffrey (Lisa) and Gregory; his great grandchildren, Logan, Landon, Diana, John, Anthony, Vincent and Gene IV; and his sisters, Agnes Azzara and Cyd Martori. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
