It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Julia Theresa Diggins of Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on November 8, 2024, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the vast expanse of eternity, may Julia Theresa find peace everlasting, cradled in the gentle embrace of the universe. And as we stand on the shores of remembrance, may her legacy inspire us to live each day with purpose, passion, and profound gratitude for the gift of life itself.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Patrick Diggins and Mary Diggins; and her siblings, Matthew, John, Patrick, Joseph and Mary. She is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Denis'. O'Connor Inc. (91-05 Beach Channel Dr, Far Rockaway, NY 11693). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Francis de Sales Church (129-16 Rockaway Beach Blvd, Belle Harbor, NY 11694). A burial was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 12:45 PM at the St. Charles Cemetery (2000 Conklin St, Farmingdale, NY 11735).
