He was predeceased by: his sister Vicki Green; and his parents, Mae Green and Leo Green. He is survived by: his wife Susan Mardini Green; his stepdaughter Cristina Girgis; and his sister Penny Green.

Jason "Jay" Green of Brooklyn, NY passed away peacefully with his wife by his side on November 17, 2018 after an illness with Alzheimer's.
