As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Gesualdo may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Ventura and Ana Ventura (Leggio); his wife Maria Ventura (Dorata); his children, Nella Weinheim and Joseph Ventura; his grandchildren, Bianca, Hector Ramos, Aldo Ventura and Enrico Ventura; and his great grandchild Nella Ramos.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Marine Park Funeral Home, Inc. (3024 Quentin Rd, Brooklyn, NY 11234). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Good Shepherd R. C. Church (1950 Batchelder St, Brooklyn, NY 11229). A burial was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Green-Wood Cemetery (500 25th St, Brooklyn, NY 11232).
