He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Gerard Caggiano and Mary Caggiano; his wife Rita; his daughters-in-law, Betty and Andrea; his sister Diane Vitiello; and his granddaughters, Destiny and Bianca.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital in Jerry's memory.
