She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Hugues, Malherbe, Emmanuel and Jean (Chrisdarline Emilcar); her grandchildren, Marlherbe Jr., Patricia, Soyamah, Kevin, Corine, Eric, Laura, Catherine and Emilson; her parents, Alejandro Medina and Corine Lazard; her siblings, Elba Medina, Silvia Medina, Grampolver Medina, Alejandro Medina Jr., Elena Medina and Renato Medina; and her husband Magloire. She was also cherished by many great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers rememberances may be made in the form of contributions to Basilica Catedral Nuestra Senora de La Altagracia, Higuey 23000, Dominican Republic 0.
