She is survived by: her son Anthony Caiazzo (Denise); her grandchildren, Anthony Jr. Caiazzo, Giovanni Caiazzo, Jenna Ford and Evan Caiazzo; her brother Vincent Caiazzo; her nephew Robert Caiazzo; her sister Lorry Macaluso; and her friend Linda Polisseni. She is also survived by many extended family & friends.
