He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Durham (Cosgrove) and Albert Durham. He is survived by: his children, Edward Durham, Stephen Durham and Bernadette Durham; and his sister Patricia Stefandl (Walter). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
