She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Pablo Acosta and Elvira Acosta (Garcia); her husband Nicholas Zubrick; her children, Myra Tristani (Antonio) and Nicholas Paul Zubrick (Elvira); her grandchildren, Daniel, Dominick, Anthony, Jude and Dante; and her great grandchildren, Lucas and Sofia.

Visitation was held on Sunday, October 20th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Marine Park Funeral Home, Inc. (3024 Quentin Rd, Brooklyn, NY 11234). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, October 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Good Shepherd Roman Catholic Church (1950 Batchelder St, Brooklyn, NY 11229). A burial was held on Monday, October 21st 2024 at the Calverton National Cemetery (210 Princeton Blvd, Calverton, NY 11933).
