It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Adele Alberti (Brooklyn, New York), who passed away on February 26, 2020, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Rose Serpentini and Emil Serpentini; her friends, Mary and Ernie; her daughter Merrily; her siblings, Victoria and Leon; and her sister-in-law Mary.
She is survived by: her sister-in-law Amy; her son Andrew (Danielle Lathulierie); her granddaughters, Samantha Hanley (Matthew) and Meredith Smith (Richard); and her great grandchildren, Victoria, Kayla, Matthew Hanley, Aidan and Ryan Smith. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.
Adele became extremely active in charity work during the second half of her life, up until she was physically and mentally unable.
