He was predeceased by: his parents, Adelbert Perkins and Mary Perkins; and his brothers, Lysle Perkins and Howard Perkins. He is survived by: his wife Leah Fitch; and his children, Joann Cilbirth (Glenn) of Mesa, AZ, Gerald Perkins (Noemie) of Monroe, NC, James Perkins of Lancaster, PA and David Perkins (Cheritie) of West Winfield. He is also survived by ten grandchildren.
