He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Floyd H Knapp and Elisabeth Irene Strong; his wife Carol Moesel of Bronxville; his daughter Kathryn Lascelle (Paul) of Flemington; his grandchildren, Charles, Clara and Christopher Fischer; his stepchildren, Jamie Chrisman (Sue), Sheena Capone (Joe) and Andrew Moesel (Jasmine McDavid); his stepgrandchildren, Joseph and Nicole Capone; his stepchildren, Lily Chrisman and Beckett Moesel McDavid; his brother Robert Knapp of Livonia, Michigan.; and his son Michael.
