He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Stella Vlasis, Anastasios and George; his children-in-law, Karen and David; and his grandchildren, Lani Vlasis, Demetria and Michael York.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Flynn Memorial. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Prophet Elias Greek Orthodox Church (15 Leroy Ave, Yonkers, NY 10705).
