He was predeceased by: his parents, Marie Linehan Heaney and Frederick Anthony Heaney. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn O'Leary Heaney; his sister Peggie of College Station, Texas; his children, Christopher Heaney (Rachel) of Pensacola, FL, Jennifer Carroll (Marty) of Glastonbury and Scott Heaney (Monica) of Glastonbury; his stepdaughters, Allison (Nate Vanek) and Debbie (Eric Carson); and his grandchildren, Christopher, William, Jack, Kaitlyn, Mattie, Halle, Tyler, Josh, Claire, Peter, Alex and Sasha.
