He is survived by: his son Christopher Harkins; his daughter-in-law Nellie Harkins; his son Paul Harkins; his grandson Mason Harkins; his sister Elizabeth Harkins; his brother-in-law Danny Mason; his sister Katie Kosakowski; his brother-in-law Dave Kosakowski; and his brothers, William Harkins and Kevin Harkins (Debbie Nava). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins and friends.
