We are sad to announce that on May 21, 2023, at the age of 83, Thomas Hart of Bronx, New York, born in New Haven, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank Albert Hart and Helen Cecelia O'Donnell; his daughter Jaclyn; his siblings, Maureen and John; and his grandchildren, Vivian and Jaxon.

“My sincerest condolences to Tom's family. I am a volunteer with Montgomery Hospice who brought Tom Communion every Monday afternoon. I printed out a copy of the gospel for each Monday and Tom always insisted that I leave it with him so he could read it again. We had a surprising connection after our discovery that we were both born in New Haven, CT and both had attended numerous concerts at Yale Bowl. I know Tom is in a good place now. I will miss our short visits together.”
