She is survived by: her parents, John H. Moore and Angela B. Blackwell; her daughter Taylor Tanisha Moore; her spouse Donnell Ford; her daughter Phoenix Tamisha Ford; her stepson Donnell Jr.; and her siblings, Latoya, Nicole, Tanisha, Jackie, Clyde and Johnny.
