In the sacred silence of farewell, Maria is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Maria's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her husband Sterie Zisu (Teja). She is survived by: her children, Adrian and Eleny; her grandchildren, Ioana, Ana and Emma; her great grandchildren, Henry, Amelia, Zoe and Mihajlo; and her sister Zoe.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Hudson Funeral Home (6110 Riverdale Ave, Bronx, NY 10471).
