He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Annie Mae Keitt and Isaiah Stroman; his wife Cecille Ann Slowly; his children, Alena McNeill (Anthony) of Spartanburg, SC, Debbie Hanton of Charleston, SC, Tabatha Abraham (Jonas) of Columbia, SC, Kenneth Tuller (Lanisha) of New Jersey, Reggie Stroman of Yonkers, NY and Tyrone Stroman of New York, NY.; his siblings, Dorothy A. Stewart of Santee, SC, Mary L. Stroman of Santee, SC, Jacqueline of Bronx, NY, Tina Stroman of Bronx, NY, Theodore Zeigler (Helen) of Orangeburg, SC and Michael Stroman of Elloree, SC; and his grandchildren, Carter, Brooke Stroman, Joseph, Kayla, Lauren Tuller, Saquoia, Ja'nee Abraham, Tyeesha Green (Jonathan), Michael Palmer (Crysa), Cyndi, Shaquana, George, Davis Anthony and Virginia Rice-McNeal. He was also cherished by eight great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other loving relatives and dear friends.
