He is survived by: his daughters, Gina (Karl Lebitsch) of Brewster, NY and Lorraine (John Pelaez) of Lawrenceville, GA; his sister Teresa Scibetta of Glen Rock, NJ; and his grandchildren, Stephanie, Michele, Samantha (Brian), Ryan (Alyssa), Daniel, Chelsea, Marisa and Gabriella.

“Dear Delucia Family, I am deeply saddened by the news of your loss. I have had the privilege of knowing Gene from the American Legion Post 156 in City Island. Gene's kindness, warmth, and unwavering positivity have touched many lives, including mine. Gene would always speak of his daughters, and I would talk about my family in NJ. Gene would always buy box # 30 in the Ladies Aux Super Bowl Pool. This year, I'm donating Box # 30 to my dear friend. Rest in Peace Gene. Love Anne Marie Rogers”
