He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Julio Elpidio Cirilo and Juanita Andrades Cirilo; his wife Lourdes Cirilo; and his sons, Efrain Daniel Cirilo and Emanuel Cirilo. He was also cherished by his wife, his two sons and all of his grandchildren.
