She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Antonacchio and Sarah Antonacchio; and her brother Fred Antonacchio. She is survived by: her husband Charles J. Cormier Jr.; her children, Charles J. Cormier III and Amy Lang (Kevin); her grandchildren, Dean and Stella Lang; and her siblings, Jessica Antonacchio, Henry Antonacchio, Albert Antonacchio and John Antonacchio.

In lieu of flowers, a donation in Dorothy's name to the American Heart Association is requested by the family.
