He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Carpenter and Theresa Carpenter (Walsh); and his siblings, Joan Carpenter, Joseph, Ronald, Richard and Peter Carpenter.
He is survived by: his wife Victoria Pacella; his daughter Heather Carpenter; and his brothers, William Carpenter, Raymond Carpenter and Michael Carpenter. He is also survived by many loving in laws, nieces and nephews.
