He was predeceased by: his parents, David Toledo Sr. and Maria Colon Toledo; his wives, Delta and Nilda Toledo; his daughter Michelle Toledo; and his siblings, Yolanda Toledo, Domingo Toledo and Miguel Angel Toledo.
He is survived by: his sons, David Toledo (Ericka), Daniel Toledo (Nancy) and Steven Toledo; his grandchildren, Travis, Danielle, Chris, Jaidyn and Justin; his great grandchildren, Taavi, Ava, Elijah and Christa; and his siblings, Dominga Toledo, Solmaria Toledo and Raphael Toledo. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
