She was predeceased by: her mother Pearlie Mae Blue; and her brothers, Strebor Roberts and Morris Evans. She is survived by: her sons, Mark Evans of Mount Vernon, NY and Kimani Peters of Bronx, NY; her grandchildren, Josiah Peters of Bronx, NY and Miracle Evans of Mount Vernon, NY; her sisters, Carla Evans of Bronx, NY, Jewel Dickerson of New Jersey and Golderina Venson of New Jersey; her stepfather Ira Roberts of Fayetteville, NC; and her uncle James Blue of Fayetteville, NC. She is also survived by nieces, grand nieces, nephews, grand nephews, and friends.
