He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick McCormack and Maria McCormack; and his siblings, James, Peggy and Harry.

He is survived by: his wife Teresa; his sons, Bernie (Clare), James (Jenny), Charles (Denise) and Patrick (Mary); his grandchildren, Maeve, Amanda, Alison, Kristen, Emma, Patrick and Maura; and his siblings, John McCormack, Maureen Fitzgerald, Nancy Brennan and Betty Leddy. He is also survived by his loving family and friends.
