She was predeceased by: her parents, Dominick Jacobellis and Frances Jacobellis; her husband Fred; her daughter-in-law Mary Ellen; and her grandchildren, Marie and Peter.
She is survived by: her children, Steven, Frances, Ann, Michael (Stephanie) and Charles; and her grandchildren, Frances Chamberlain (Robert), Christopher, Michael, Nicholas, Steven, Paul, Gregory, Susanne and Elizabeth. She is also survived by 5 children, she was a foster mother for over 20 years, caring for over 200 children.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Celia Sweeney Memorial Fund at St. Jude Children's Hospital.
