With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Caterina Chiodi of Bronx, New York, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Angelo Carpini and Teresa Delli Carpini; her significant other Francesco; her son Giuseppe; and her brother Pasquale.
She is survived by: her daughters, Rosa (Carmine), Domenica (Joseph) and Maria (Richard); her grandchildren, Gennaro, Francesco (Alexa), Caterina, Maria, Alexandra, Jonmichael, Gabriela, Julia, Gianluca and Angelina; her brothers, Domenico (Madeline), Tony (Rosalie) and John (Madalyn); and her siblings-in-law, Antonia (Pasquale), Andrew (Josephine) and Maria (Vincenzo). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews all of whom were more like children to her and countless friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Sisto Funeral Home (3489 E Tremont Ave, Bronx, NY 10465). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Saint Benedict's Church (2969 Otis Ave, Bronx, NY 10465). An entombment will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 11:45 AM at the Saint Raymond's Cemetery (2600 Lafayette Ave, Bronx, NY 10465).
