He was predeceased by: his parents, Maria Georgina Imbaquingo Salazar and Carlos Arturo Leon. He is survived by: his wife Ana Miriam Leon; his daughters, Veronica M. Rivera, Anna G. Leon and Carol L. Martinez; his grandchildren, Melissa Leon, Stephanie N. Rivera, Joseph A. Rivera, Eduardo A. Rivera and Noah L. Martinez; his great grandchildren, Mason C. Cabrales-Leon, Shane M. Cabrales-Leon, Joseph A. Rivera and Leilani B. Rivera; and his siblings, Luis Lobato, Ana Lobato, Francisca Lobato and Rosa Castillo.
