She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Buckner and Phiphine Buckner; her husband Dr. Marvin L. Shelton; and her brother Lloyd Buckner, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Dr. Yvonne A. Shelton (Michael Riggieri) of Northborough Massachusetts and Marvin L. Shelton of Riverdale; and her grandchildren, Brian, Carmen, Justin and Zed-Etienne. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
