She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Miano and Anna Miano; and her husband Michael Penta. She is survived by: her children, Janine Broderick, Lisa Penta and Michael Penta; her children-in-law, Timothy Broderick and Elena Penta; and her grandchildren, Olivia, Emma, Mia and Peyton.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the John Dormi & Sons Funeral Home (1121 Morris Park Ave, Bronx, NY 10461). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Clare's Church (1918 Paulding Ave, Bronx, NY 10462).
