She is survived by: her husband Chris; her sons, Stephen (Jaclyn) and Ryan; her siblings, Clara Clark (Thomas), Marlene Heetai (Bharath), Susan (Roger) and Wayne Mahabirsingh (Devika); her granddaughter Rashmika; her nephews, Tommy and Michael; and her father Vernon Mahabirsingh.
