He is survived by: his wife Bonnie; his children, Jeffrey (Beth), Todd (Channon) and Shelley (Benjy); his grandchildren, Amanda (Mike), Rachael, Trevor (Olivia), Jeremy (Amanda), Adam, Amber and Tyler; and his sisters, Persha Carlston (Richard) and Dianne Hickerson (Douglas). He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
