She was predeceased by: her husband Arthur Sr.; her grandsons, Aaron and Trevor Bielewicz; her parents, Wesley Perry and Geraldine Perry; and her brothers, Dennis and Donald Perry.

She is survived by: her children, Arthur Jr., Theresa Whitman (Donald), Vicki Schickler (David), Troy Bielewicz, Scott Bielewicz and Lisa Bielewicz (Scott Farrand); her grandchildren, David (Jackie), Spencer, Krystal, Dustin (Amber), Brett, Daniel (Kellirae), Seth, Brianna, Nicole, Andrea, Nathan, Desarae, Scotty and Nicole F.; her brothers, Wesley Perry (Nancy), Alfred Perry and Derryl Perry (Doris); and her pet LeeLee. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
