He was predeceased by: his wife Kathryn; his parents, Ralph Rogers and Edna Rogers; and his daughter Jennifer. He is survived by: his children, Peggy Jenkins (Tom), Richard Jr. Rogers (Char), Amy White (Dan) and Benjamin Rogers (Angie); and his sister Janet Weiss. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren.
