He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Levinstein and Celestine Levinstein. He is survived by: his brothers, Edward Levinstein (Deborah), David Levinstein and Mark Levinstein (Shelly). He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and many cherished friends.
