He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul A. Farrelly, Sr. and Marion Farrelly-Whiteside (Vernier); his wife Delores Farrelly; his daughter Loriann D'Agostino; his siblings, Michael Farrelly and Anne Wingender; and his granddaughter Mariah Lynn Farrelly.
He is survived by: his children, Debra Alton (Hal), Rhonda Townsend (Steve), Leonard, Shane (Rachel) and Daniel Farrelly (Michell); and his siblings, Mary Wingender (Terry), Frank Farrelly (Leianne) and Sean O'Farrelly. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
