He is survived by: his wife Janet; his children, Leslie Hoffman (Darren), Tim Aarons, Joyce Allums (Elliott), Christine Ceru (Matthew) and John Warren (Debra); and his brothers, Frank, Tommy, Bill and Terry. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
