She was predeceased by: her parents, Ellen Maxine Johnson and Frank Leslie. She is survived by: her siblings, Tommy, Donnie, Sheldon Simpson, Vonda Juarez and Amy Wiley; her nephew Joshua Simpson; her husband Rick Stavalone; her children, Carrie Guerrero (Eddie), Rickie, Toni (Chaz) and Dale Stavalone (Kasaidy); and her grandchildren, Edward Orlando, Ariana, Antonio, Alana and Adrian Guerrero.
Service will be held at Fowler Funeral Home 340 West Ave Brockport, NY 14420 Thursday June 22nd at 6pm Our family asks that you please consider donating blood and organ donation as this was dear to our Mother's heart.
