He is survived by: his parent Josephine "Josie" Prater (Marino); his daughters, Sarah Clark of Canandaigua and Elizabeth Prater of Spring Hill, TN; his significant other Susan Casper of Brockport; his siblings, Monjha Prater of Farmington, Jonathan Prater (Mary) of Farmington, David Prater (Linda) of Geneva, Christopher Prater (Amy) of Williamson and Brian Prater (Sheryl Mott) of Geneva; and his grandchildren, Alexis Clark and Jack Clark. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends.
