Buckingham (Brockport, New York), born in Douglas, Georgia, who passed away on February 29, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Milton Mullis and Ruth Hand Mullis; and her siblings, Milton Mullis, Maureen Peterson and Myrtlene Whitworth.
She is survived by: her siblings, Joanne Mayher and Carroll Mullis; and her grandchildren, Sarah, Jimmy, Alex, Rachel and Caroline. She is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
