He was predeceased by: his sons, Gary and Curtis; his sisters, Helen Hunt and Lois Gerlach; and his half-brothers, Porter, Warner and Robert Bixby.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis "Pat"; his children, Denise, Constance Peterson (Richard), Cheryl Korn (Dan) and Philip Henderson (Holly); his grandchildren, David Henderson (Susan), Brian Henderson, Heather Mc Farlin (Wesley), Michael Korn (Alyssa), Gena Marie Korn, Jessica Mower (Derek) and Richard Peterson; and his great grandchildren, David, Emma, Isaac Henderson, Aiden Brock, Carter Korn, Lucas Mower and Harper Mc Farlin. He is also survived by 2 great grandchildren on the way and several nieces and nephews.
