He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Puckett (Peg) and Jean Rayburn; his brother Raymond Ruggles, Jr.; and his sister-in-law Kathy Rose. He is survived by: his wife Kayleen; his children, Keith (Renee), Michelle (Patrick), Jamie (Phil), Trisha, Kerri (Justin), Erin (Matt) and Robin (Jim); his siblings, Austin Beadle (Tomeko), Charles Beadle (Bernie), Charlene Walls (Shorty), Kathy Williams, Bobby Puckett, Debra Whipple, Robert Ruggles (Gail) and Donald Ruggles; his brothers-in-law, Jack Rose and Albert Spiros; his father-in-law Dick Chapman (Jan); his friends, Corky, Donna and Dan; and his pet Emma. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, those wishing, donations can be made in memory to the Wilmot Cancer Unit at Strong Memorial Hospital.
