He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Kramer (Redman) and Harry C. Kramer II; his wife Pauline M. Kramer (Perry); and his sons, Harry C. Kramer IV and Mark E. Kramer.
He is survived by: his daughters, Pauline K. Wright (Luther) and Sandra V. Kramer. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
