With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gidget Block (Brockport, New York), who passed away on September 7, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her mother Karen Shaffer; her siblings, Shawn Block (Samantha) and Teri Caldwell (Roger); her nieces and nephews, Haylie, Isiah, Gabi, Ellie, Brianna, Emily and Drew; her great-niece Brooklyn; her close friends, Brian and Phil; and her pet Petey. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, those wishing may donate to the family or to Hildebrandt Hospice Care Center, 2652 Ridgeway Ave, Rochester, NY 14626, in Gidget's memory.
