He is survived by: his wife Phyllis A. Clark Powell; his brother Tom Powell (Linda) of South Carolina; and his siblings-in-law, Janet Perretta (Chip) of Watertown, Garth Clark (Nancy) of Buffalo, NY and Allen Clark of Utah. He is also survived by his family, friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Donald's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
