He was predeceased by: his son Shawn; and his parents, Willis Louise and Mary Louise. He is survived by: his wife Ellen; his sons, Brandon Tobin (Jamie Harvey), Don Tobin (Scherril Schuster) and Christopher Tobin; his granddaughters, Monica and Rosemary Tobin; his siblings, David Tobin, Gary Tobin (Lori) and Joan McKinney (Leo); and his close friends, Carmen and Charlotte Davis. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
