He was predeceased by: his parents, James Pike Jr. and Eva Pike (Weber); and his brother Douglas. He is survived by: his sister Doreen R. Wilson (Gary); his sister-in-law Bonnie Pike (Dick Blake); and his nieces and nephews, Michelle Mathias (Michael), Mary Thompson, Corey Roth, Douglas Pike and James Pike.
